Olivier-Chaleil - Executive Chef

Executive Chef Olivier Chaleil

With more than 33 years of invaluable culinary experience, Executive Chef Olivier Chaleil has a wealth of expertise in the F&B and catering realm. Born as a French Canadian, Chef Chaleil began his career with apprenticeships in various world-renowned Michelin star restaurants in France, including the renowned Hôtel “L’Espérance” in St. Père-sous-Vézelay.

Following an 8 year period as Restaurant Chef at the Le Meridien Hotel, Vancouver, Canada, Chef Chaleil relocated to Taipei, Taiwan, from 1993 to 1997, where he was appointed Executive Chef of The Ritz Hotel, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World.

In 1997, he became the Executive Chef of the globally recognized The Oberoi in Bali, Indonesia.

Following this successful placement, Chef Chaleil was commissioned as Executive Chef in various Leading Hotels of the World around the globe, including the esteemed One&Only Le Touessrok in Mauritius. His most recent assignment was at another iconic Leading Hotel of the World, the Ciragan Palace Kempinski in Istanbul, Turkey as Executive Chef.
